About Me

About Me

I am a Psychologist, a Psychotherapist and a Counsellor. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an individual member of United Kingdom of Council for Psychotherapy working towards accreditation.

My training includes a Degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology and an Advance Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy.

I am Psychoanalitically informed, which means that we will explore how your present has been affected by your past, but I work Integratively, meaning that I work using my intake of different approaches and techniques (Person-centred, Humanistic, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) in order to adapt therapy to your individual needs.

I have been working for the NHS for many years, as well as in a forensic setting and privately.
