Counselling is a form of listening focused on resolving your immediate issues and problems through an unconditional guidance. It is usually short-term.
2. What is psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy differs from counselling for being more “in depth”. We will link your present problems with your early life experiences, in order to reach the core of your issues. Is generally a longer process than counselling.
3. How long does a session last?
Each session is 50 minutes long.
4. How often will the sessions occur?
In order for the treatment to be effective we will need to meet once a week, exceptionally once every two weeks.
5. How long will the treatment take?
This depends on the issues you want to work on. Some concerns can be addressed quickly, while others require in-depth therapy and take longer to resolve. The therapy can stop at any given moment as long as we discuss together the reasons behind termination.
6. How much do sessions cost?
This depends on the location and time slot of your preference. I am open to discuss fees based on your income and other variables such a duration of the treatment.
7. What is your policy on the cancellation of sessions?
One week when it is possible.
